The main feature of this delightful property would have to be the stunning Bali style outdoor area overlooking the huge below ground pool. The large decked area is covered by a large Bali thatch providing the perfect cool shade for those hot lazy days.  With outdoor dining & lounge areas, this is the perfect place to relax & unwind with a good Aussie BBQ.

The generous master bedroom has a queen bed fitted with plush latex mattress, a walk in wardrobe with large chest of drawers and en-suite with powerful shower a single vanity and toilet.  The bedroom also benefits from a large floor to ceiling tinted window overlooking the stunning garden and Bali outdoor area, making this a truly memorable place to wake up in the morning.

Bedroom two has a double bed, with bedside cabinets and benefits from built in robe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom three has two single beds, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom four is the perfect children’s room, with picture walls and comprises of timber bunk beds with ladder with safety rail on the top bunk. The room also benefits from a timber cot with drop down side and removable mattress covers on both sides. The large family bathroom has a sunken bath and large powerful shower & vanity unite. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.

The formal lounge or Bali room as it is often referred to, is another redeeming feature of the property. Dark timber floors throughout and large Asian style day bed make this the ultimate place inside to relax and unwind. The room has a TV & DVD player & the digi box ensuring you get the extra HD channels now available in Perth. The family room also has a sofa bed that can sleep two extra guests.

The property is fully air conditioned to keep you cool through our long hot summers and also has gas ducted heating for our mild winters.
